France are the greatest team to have ever won the World Cup. We should all feel privileged and honored to be witnessing this majestic team in all its glory and living in this era of their dominance where they play football of the highest quality.

All I hear is Mimimimimi...

Surprisingly, it’s just the other way round as when Bayern lose...

France were the best team in the WC and deservedly won the trophy. As simple as that

You didn't want France to win the WC so you will try to find any minimal excuse to undervalue their achievement. Just like ramsej. I didn't want France to win the WC either and I would have preferred the Croats to lift the trophy today, but I can't deny the fact that France were the best team in this WC

Some very interesting things in the above thread. The rule needs to be changed for awarding penalties (literally a free goal 90% of the times) when the attacking team is taking the ball no where or when there is not s goal scoring chance but the attacking team gets rewarded with a penalty regardless.

Penalties and simulation have become a farce in the modern game. Shame that both these two things showed up as decisive factors in s game as big as the WC final!

Shame that Cavani was missing he would have made the road a bit more difficult

Or... And this is just a daring assumption I'm throwing out there: defenders could just NOT play handball!
Also let’s not forget that it would have been a foul... Yes he dropped early, but had he not he'd 100% get that free kick!

For instance I now regret the fact that the three lions failed to reach the final...

Probably by now I would have been posting pics of French players celebrating...

Says quite a lot that they hire a foreigner to do the job that Maradonna offered to do for free

Why is everyone unhappy about France winning? Don't answer that. Political reasons

But what about Tolisso? Are people not happy for him? Well he is "impure" and "not European" I suppose

Btw you can have your glorious leader back now.
