My perfect scenario is (in an ideal world)
Croatia
Colombia
Japan or Senegal

But I won't complain if it is France

There won't be a "next". Germany are the embarrassing failure story of this tournament. Everything will be as expected from now.

After avoiding an expected Germany clash, Brazil will have it easy against Mexico and will probably make it all the way to the final. They are improving with every game. The only convincing “big” team so far.

But but but they'll have to play the mighty Ingerlund in the quarterfinal. It's coming home don't you know.

Mexico were outplayed today and Osorio's tactic was so terrible, especially the last line that looked terrible.

However, I expect Mexico to clean all the mess they have created today vs Sweden and repeat the performance vs Germany that completely lacked today.

Mark my words - Belgium and England may try to lose to each other tomorrow. Winning Group G means a potential quarter-final against Brazil-Mexico. Finishing second in Group G means a potential quarter-final against Sweden-Switzerland. Also, Group H is playing before Group G tomorrow. If Colombia finishes second in Group H, that will be even more reason for Belgium and England to try to lose.

Maybe we’ll see both teams battle for possession of the ball to see who can score more own goals

The World Cup ended for me. I don’t care what happens in the competition now.

With that being said the teams I would prefer to win in order of preference:
1. Croatia
2. Colombia
3. Mexico
4. Sweden
5. Senegal
6. Russia

Of the big boys I would be fine with Belgium winning.
