Don't forget that in 2013 there were 3 Spanish players (who are included in the FIFA XI) who also got hammered by Brazil in the Confederations Cup final.

To be honest I tend to like the fact that we are not to the attention of the masses... It has a lot of advantages. When you are unnoticed you'll have a better chance for a deadly strike... The surprise affect. + it keeps away some bad omen.

Now I know how players are chosen, and I will reveal the secret! Click on the spoiler below if you're ready...

Spoiler: show
You mostly need to be on a team that concedes 4 goals in a semifinal or final match!

Ramos: 4 vs Dortmund and 4 vs Brazil
Alves: 4 vs Bayern
Xavi: 4 vs Bayern and 4 vs Brazil
Iniesta: 4 vs Bayern and 4 vs Brazil
Ronaldo: 4 vs Dortmund
Messi: 4 vs Bayern

That's 6 players, more than half of the team!

Pele getting a made-up Ballon D'Or award is to appease the fans that the awards night is "global" and not "European". Even Pele remarked the lack of appreciation for South Americans in his speech. Unless you play in Spain, FIFA doesn't recognize you. Expect Bale and Neymar to be in next year's FIFAXI. Still no EPL player this year, best league in the world!

The most criminal is Ramos. 2 own goals, most red carded player in the history of RM, missed penalty, and from a team that has one of the weakest defense in Europe. #-o

Yeah, Suarez by far deserved to be included ahead of Ibrahimovic IMO.

Yes definitely but the biting incident also happened in 2013 so minus cookie points.

Gentlemen, Franck Ribery would have won Golden ball by Media choice with a clear advantage. I took a look at the pdf and the most first name was Ribery Franck, so Ronaldo would not have any chances, Messi even more.

Joachim Löw early decided to boycott this voting. Well done and respect! =D>
