What went down in Saudi Arabia makes me wonder why a country like Saudi Arabia is still a FIFA member. The crowd was exclusively male and although the majority of locals was respectful towards the small number of Aussie visitors, the female of them did get booed, and a female AFC official water bottled.

The Qatar WC promises to be interesting.

Tim Cahill led the way as a host of Socceroos paid tribute to the contribution coach Ange Postecoglou made to Australian football after his abrupt resignation as coach of the national team seven months before the World Cup.
The 52-year-old stood down on Wednesday after taking Australia to the 2014 World Cup finals, winning the 2015 Asian Cup and qualifying for the 2018 version of soccer's showpiece event in his four years in charge. [source]

No... And you know it... Just because of one mistake doesn’t mean he was bad all season...
As a natter of fact you can see right now that he did a good job if you look at the Bundesliga table...

Agree on the one situation though...

I could say it was staged but that would be impossible as Aussies are such fine upstanding citizens of the sporting world playing "hard but fair". They would never lower their standards to such a thing.

Wait what was that? *cough* sandpaper *cough* (Google it kids)

Anyone can comment on Socceroos' terrible performance in the Asian Cup opener? I heard they're missing Mooy & Leckie (even worse after Cahill retirement).
There is no right or wrong,
only yes and no. The rest are just bullshit.
