Nothing about this Korean Kid we're apparently close to signing?

Woo-Yeong Jeong
17yo, Winger, cannot be signed before turning 18, should cost around 700.000 and convinced us in a tryout... (SSNHD GERMANY)

700.000 € on a 17 years old South Korean is big. Probably very talended

Is he intended for the U19s, Die Amateure or the senior team?

From Reddit: Here is the first half of a youth game with him 2 years ago, so when he was 15. He scored Incheon's only goal in the national youth league finals (there is a national competition and a league competition) verses Pohang

Goal is at 32 minutes, he wears the number 6

They say he's intended to be a first team player some time soon - hope it's not a marketing transfer à la Usami, Karimi...

I'm not sure Bayern do these marketing-kind transfers. I still think Karimi had huge potential, but he didn't work hard enough, didn't want to learn German etc. Usami was hardly ever given a chance and if a player is not given a chance he doesn't have much marketing bonus.

If we did Marketing transfers, we would've extended Green. :coffee:

Interesting fact. The guy who crossed to him was initially signed by Stuttgart on loan this year (Park), but was canceled due to a heart defect

From what I'm reading, apparently due to FIFA regulations he won't be able to move here until he's 18 (turns 18 in september) so wouldn't join until January window.

Say what you want, they were intended to boost marketing... When they were too bad to even be subs, they were sold...

Even if it were for marketing... so what. It would be great for Bayern to extend their brand.
