I'd sell Thiago in a heartbeat if we could get De Bruyne

Effenberg hates Thiago and would sell him for a nickel. Pretty sure he just got banned a month or so ago for saying asinine things about the same player. Disregard literally anything he says regarding Thiago.

in all 3 cl semis he was poor both ways poor defending bad game control, if you cant see that or you pretend he was good then lets keep it on the same line. he is not a bad player but he will never take us further. Fortunatelly Jupp wont use him so much (james and javi ) this year.

As a side note, if I am constant in what I am thinking doesnt mean I have something with him.
I still belive what I said 1year go 1month ago or now about him. He lacks few thinks that are essential for his role.

Typical Barca black propaganda and perception games. Bayern is not a selling club and won't sell him. The end of the story.

City is not a selling club and won't sell KDB. To sign KDB, Bayern needs to offload one of Müller/James and it has nothing to do with Thiago. Thiago is one of the best 3 regista in the world and he irreplaceable.

He hardly played at regista in the last 3 years and we always lost the midfield because of Walking dead. since both offensively and defensively he added nothing.

We missed him so much during first half when he was injured. Jupp won't use him? you claim that? Another baseless claim. James is a trequartista, while Martinez is a destroyer. We need Thiago and he will be Jupp's first choice.

Barcelona sold ~€230m worth last summer and have already spent ~€190m. That does not include a reported up to €50m in bonus payments for Dembele...so even if they don't pay BvB another cent they only came out €40m ahead. Granted that won't make up their entire transfer budget but in speaking to my friends who are Barca fans they are quite convinced the current financial situation isn't great there. Could they afford €100m on Thiago? Probably, but I'm not 100% sure right now. Many are beginning to question whether or not they can responsibly afford to purchase Coutinho (who seems to have been their priority for months now). If they spend €100m+ on Coutinho I don't think they'll have any business making an offer on Thiago. Not to mention they're now in the process of building a new basketball arena as well as a new youth football stadium (new basketball arena is going on site of old football stadium). And depending on who you listen to they may be wanting to go after Griezmann as well. All that to say - while I don't think your idea is entirely off - I just don't see it happening any time soon.

Super analysis. I didn't knew so many things about their spending priorities regarding their basketball and youth investment. If they take Coutinho now in January and Griezman in the summer, than WOW.

People seem to have forgotten he was Jupp's suggestion when he left.

You're not. Heynckes named Kroos and Thiago as the two best talents in Europe in 2011. https://www.tz.de/sport/fc-bayern/stamm ... 05138.html

Erm... Aren’t Borussia Dortmund obliged to notify their shareholders about the EXACT conditions of any (transfer) business?
