Either one of those 2 would be amazing.

No one on transfermarkt.de is talking about it, and usually that forum is all over reports like that instantly.

forgive me if i'm wrong, but don't Griezmann and Dybala both play primarily as second strikers, in a position we already have occupied by Müller and James? I don't watch either of them play regularly, so I genuinely don't know.

Well, if Messi says he plays like him, then I don't see a reason why he couldn't play CF.

He is mainly deployed as an striker (102 games), but this season is playing SS (79 games).

Also, transfermarkt.de is not the only site that you can learn something about transfers, i think.

We have good relations with Juventus. We could use Costa as discount to get Dybala. Would be crazy to get him.

I know that he plays as a S or SS, bit couldn’t Dybala be used as a right winger...or is that far fetched?...

Practically he is not for sale and even if he was for sale then he is out of our reach financially, 150m easy.
While Griezmann has a clause. Dybala would be massive but I think it's a hoax.

Both are capable and have played on the wing (right side) with success, of course both are more valuable as strikers

For sake of discussion, who would be better/worse here, Dybala or Griezmann?

I agree that he's probably inaccessible unless there's been a huge falling out.

"He is priceless and we are not a selling club. I always say that a player has his future in his hands and Paulo just said he wants to tie himself to our club for life. So, that means we will make another big financial sacrifice to keep him. We will soon lock him down to a new contract - it's what he asked us for."
-Marotta before Dybala signed an extension until 2022

Rated at €100m by Transfermarkt (always low IMO) and €163.4m by CIES (closer to reality in my experience)

I'm sure that Dybala is on every manager's shortlist, kid is the jewel of Serie A. Can play on 5 positions, but if he puts the red jersey he is going to be our new striker for years to come.

I know that I'm asking for too much but with him, Malcom and Martial... Now we can talk about making something significant.

Edit : It's on BILD now.

BILD | Bayern are ready to pay 100 million for Juventus star Paulo Dybala (24).

With James he wasn't under the spotlight though. Most people hadn't seen him much since the world cup.

Dybala is under the spotlight and he is doing brilliantly. There's really no logical reason to think what I posted. As I said I can't explain it. It's just a feeling I have.

Obviously I do want us to buy him though.

I can’t see us spending +100m on one of Griezmann and Dybala AND a winger...so either transfer could very well mean the end of wing play... Still, I wouldn’t complain about signing such quality players! :D

Even though Dybala would cost maybe 110 + 30-40m in bonuses/clauses, he’s three years younger than Griezmann and a better dribbler. And he can work in tight spaces.

I think it’s fair to assume that if Dybala comes, we won’t buy any more attackers unless Lewi leaves. Not that we need to either, as we also have Gnabry.
