I hope we could sell Javi for €20M minimum !

But we sell full-backs to PSG for €5M
So they would get Javi for 25/(15/5) = €8.3M, which sounds about right for a Bayern sale.

Yes I know the maths sucks, it's in jest, but €8M sounds legit nonetheless

Yes, this has been an active topic in Bilbao for the last 2 months.

They want to play CL football again by bringing back some of their former stars such as J. Martinez, F. Llorente and Ander Herrera.

But I don't think they have a chance in bringing back Javi since Rummenigge stated 2 months ago that the Basque will stay in München next season.

He probably complains because Kimmich is starting in midfield ahead of him.

Like if Kovac didn't trust him enough that he had to play our starting RB in his position

Obviously Kovac wants a playmaking #6. So there is just Kimmich as Thiago played as #8.

That's why Kovac wanted Rodri and then, Roca.

But the board is dumb and don't want to spend money. As always.

Martinez won't play much this season. Last choice CB and last choice MF.

Reports mentioned a defensive minded CM with playmaking ability. I think a prime Javi Martinez would fall into this category. We already have Thiago and Coutinho to move the ball forward

But obviously he is far from that and can't play two games in a row without getting injured.

Martinez never was good at playmaking. Schweinsteiger and Kroos were doing everything. Then Guardiola put him as CB because he did not like his midfielder qualities.

He was not Xavi Hernandez, but Javi Martinez was a good passer. We played our best football with Schweini, Javi and without Kroos.

Rodri and Javi Martinez are very similar. Marc Roca is more of a long range passer who can also play as the anchor midfielder role pretty well.

And he's definitely not a soft player. Maybe he is not an Eastern Europe thug, but definitely not afraid of roughing.
