Only? That's a pretty good salary for a 23 year old with his first contract for a new club

I find it very hard to believe we'll manage a deal for less than 20 million euros though

Never. Closest thing to a Spaniard is Mario Gómez

I think Bayern management can make this deal happen for less than 30m just like how Man C last yr tried to force a huge transfer fee on Boateng im confident Bayern can talk Bilbao to lower the price tag for sure all it takes is patience

Nope, I am sure that this is really impossible, why?, if the price is lower than 30 mill. both Barcelona and RMdrid would jump on the player, specially Barca, which is looking for a CB desesperately, and are very keen on Martínez, due to his multi role abilities, and make no mistake, if he has to choose between staying in Spain playing for one of these squads and going abroad we are done. Bayern would have to put on the table those rumoured 7 mill. per year to convince him, and that is really unlikely, is not it?

Bilbao don't want to sell to a Spanish team, just like the Vidal case last year. Bayern offered more than Juventus but Leverkusen sold to Juve as to not strengthen their rivals.
