He's making great transfers... Might well be the best managers or scouts - but not the best coach as many so firmly believe...

Although his squad is starting to maybe be TOO loaded actually...

Juventus confirm ‘substantial offer’ for left-back Sandro [source]

Reports suggest the Bianconeri have received a bid over double the 26 million euro (£23m) fee they paid Porto two years ago for the Brazilian

Tiemou Bakayoko opted for a move to Chelsea over Manchester United because he wanted to work for Antonio Conte, according to L’Equipe.
Monaco’s midfield powerhouse had been targeted by both Premier League giants following his exploits for the Ligue 1 champions last season but is set to snub Jose Mourinho’s interest and follow the example set by his France international teammate N’Golo Kante.
On Friday RMC Sport claimed that a fee had been agreed between Monaco and Chelsea and the former Rennes star will commit to a five-year contract with the Premier League champions. The 22-year-old will undergo a medical next week ahead of a proposed €40 million (£35m) move with the player due to travel to London early next week to complete his medical and finalise his transfer.
Kante and Bakayoko..

Donnarumma prepared to fire agent and sign with Milan.
According to news on Mediaset Premium (and caught by Footy Italia as per usual), Gianluigi Donnarumma is prepared to get rid of his agent, Mino Raiola and sign with Milan.

This comes after Gigio’s father complained about the media circus surrouding his son - one largely fired up by Mino Raiola’s actions over the last week - including one ill-timed interview where Mino complained of ‘mobbing’ and ‘bullying’. Mino’s reports and comments have seemed to prove inaccurate, with Milan doing everything they can to ensure Donnarumma commits to a new contract - including meetings between Vincenzo Montella and Gigio’s father. Marco Fassone, the CEO of Milan has spoken publicily about his admiration for Gianluigi and his respect for Gigio’s future, and will take his final decision with grace.

Furthermore, it seems like the Donnarumma family are very unhappy with Raiola for making the decision via proxy. It is assumed at this point that no decision was made - or there was a miscommunication - and that Raiola turned down the contract.News did break that Raiola would be willing to succumb to Milan’s demands (which aren’t unacceptable at all - they want a high release clause, while Raiola wanted a low one) to ensure that Donnarumma signed, but it seems too little, too late - and Raiola only seems to have managed to lose one of his brightest comments.
