It’s nit possession but control... And you can only exert control and dominance by making use of your possession wisely - which is where we sometimes fail...

Finally realized it‘d be a good idea if the coach had a say in transfers and players knew who they were working with, huh?!

Well, better late than never...

The club has to buy player that fit their "philosophy". We also need a coach that fits this philosophy, so his wishes also align with the club's ideas. Admittedly we didn't seem to care about the way we claimed to like our football to be played, but imagine if we adjusted our policy towards Niko Kovac.

Of course!
But I was rather talking about how I as a player wouldn’t sign without knowing who my coach will be and maybe talking to him once or twice...

I don't think that he will want to come.
I see him more of the next Bundestrainer

Even the best manager in the world won't be able to compensate poor transfer policy. Jurgen Klopp is not stupid, he perfectly knows what kind of people are managing Bayern. In the current state of affairs it's nearly impossible for him to become Bayern coach. He had a chance in 2009 (?), but moron called Uli Hoeness took Klinsmann instead. That tells everything...

I think Flick is a better fit. Klopp thrives with a project he sees through from beginning to end. We are already in a good place.

If Klopp were ever to come I suspect it's quite some ways away yet. IMO it sure seems like they will go hard after Nagelsmann when Flick's time is up. MAYBE Klopp would be a target after that.

Forget Klopp.

He once said that he does not like to coach the best as he prefers to beat them instead!

Whenever he decides to quit Liverpool I can see him coaching a team like AS Roma or Atletico Madrid....

Or possibly the next National team coach

Think that's kinda gone out the window now. Haha. Have you seen his spending at Liverpool?
