Tuchel is the best from the available coaches right now I think. Whether he is the best long-term I am not sure, and again depends on who is available.

Nagelsman is great but I think someone like Sarri from Napoli should also be considered.

Well, bad things do happen in football, and adressing them is not always so straightforward. Horrible seasons, ups and downs. If Enrique is the red line for you, well then... better switch to RM while they are still on top.

Nice flame try but I’m Willing to overlook that last sentence. Also, not supporting Bayern doesn’t not automatically mean switching allegiance to RM. that’s messed up logic. Appointing Enrique would be possibly the worst decision of the century by Bayern, even worse than Carlo and Klinsmann. Only worse appointment I can possibly think of right now is Roy Hodgson.

Probably so. It has nothing to do with logic though, you gotta understand, when I hear the words "I'll quit supporting Bayern" I get somewhat trigger happy with my flammenwerfer :D

5 players..
Hummels,Boateng,Muller,Robben,Ribery..

Robben and Ribery wont be happy with the new coach either..they want to play 90 mins all 50 games.
Muller SHOULD have been dropped..his performance is pathetic..
Only Hummels and Boateng are genuine.

Agreed. Lol at Getting a 30 year old Julian right now.

The three major problems with Nagelsmann are as follows:
1. Unlikely to have the faith of the big egomaniacs at Bayern. Robert, Robben and Robert to name a few. He will have a very hard time at the start getting the respect of the roster and if the results are not great in his first few months I can see him get sacked.
2. Not experienced enough. I know experience can be overrated but what exactly has Julian won? At least Tuchel won the Pokal with Dortmund.
3. Julian is still young and has a lengthy contract with Hoff. I say he stays at Hoffenheim till 2020 and then go to England/Italy for 2-3 years. After that I’m willing to have him as Bayern manager 5 years down the line (2022). And if he’s so good, I’m sure he would’ve won a few trophies to show on his CV at that time.

In my professional opinion this is what I think is the best way forward.
Let Sagnol manage the Sunday game, then get Tuchel in during the International break. Give him a contract until the end of the season and if we do the double* and put up a decent display in the CL then give him a 3-4 year deal.

*In this scenario, Tuchel will have 27 BL games and at least 20 days incharge (and three games) before the Leipzig Cup game. So expecting to win the Double is not completely unreasonable.

Apparently Nagelsmann said:

"Do not include me in the speculation. My media department has kept everything away from me" when asked about the Bayern job. Not really sure what to think of this. Part of it sounds like he's saying no to the job then part of it sounds like he's saying "No comment" in a few more words and that he's not listening to any speculation so he's not distracted.

Oh boy I’d really like Sarri here. His Napoli’s side is so fun to watch, a very balanced team. But we just sacked an Italian coach, plus he has three years left in his contract. I don’t think he’d be available at all.

I don’t think Boa was one of them. Lewy definitely.

Edit: nevermind, Sport1 says Boa was indeed one of them. I assumed Lewy was unhappy with how much he’s been complaining lately but guess not.

I just hope they announce whoever it is soon. I don’t look forward to two weeks of wild speculation and anxiety...

Boa was not even on the bench yesterday was he?
Why lewy? he has scored 10 goals already this season..plays every match..takes penaties..takes free kicks..
Lewy's recent (and rightful) swipe was at the board..not carlo..
