Callum Hudson-Odoi [Callum James Hudson-Odoi]

According to The Sun, wonderkid Callum Hudson-Odoi is keen on moving to Germany and we are leading the race for him and want to sign him in the winter. [source]

After a little YT scouting, he looks like the perfect type of player we need. :coffee:
Dortmund is also after him, can imagine us being very eager to not lose out against Dortmund when it comes to talented wingers on the wing again (Dembele, Sancho).

Who would say 10-15-20-35-40-60-70 years ago that Germany would be a promised land for English footballers, especially talents...

The only thing that German clubs with young English players have to do is to sign them and reject any possibility of buy-back clauses and small release clauses.

I am not against having a very young squad. However I believe that there should be some balance, we can't have a team with zero experience

Davies
Gnabry
This guy
Gnabry
Renato
Leon
I can also list Pavard
If De Ligt (fingers crossed he comes)

This team is five million years old. We have plenty of young players with lots of experience.
If we can't get the stars, we need to make our stars ;) Altough it would probably be wise to sign another, more experienced winger in addition to HO, then move Gnabry more to the middle.

Here is his goal from yesterday btw:

Sounds like a good idea to sign him, he will properly not be too expensive then they can go after a world class winger like bailey /asensio/martial that will properly cost around 50-70 millions(Maybe not asensio)

I heard that talent wise he is somewhere in between Reiss Nelson and Sancho, and that him and Sancho are expected to be England NT's wingers for future, he did something similar to what coman did against PAOK where he made his first profi goal, however he was outstanding in youth ranks, far above the other English youth players, and you can't compain about English youth lately.

If we can snatch a future star from Chelsea, that would make me happy for more than one reason :)

I knew about this guy for quite some time from my friends, he's a hot prospect PL fans are very proud about.

If we could get him, having Davies, Coman and Gnabry here already... and if we were to add someone like Thorgan Hazard to our ranks along with him i can see us being set for many years to come concering our wings.

I have no idea who is this guy. What's your thoughts if you compare him with Sancho ?

English talented youngsters are walking bags of pounds, Sancho will yield some 100 million pounds. Just think about Hargreaves, there is no way they would stay in Germany forever and not return to the EPL, BUT, you can cash a whole lotta money from them
