The good thing for Dortmund, is that they've become the privileged destination for top young talents.
And more broadly, the Bundesliga has become the propitious land for the emerging young talents, the latest example is Paul-Georges Ntep who had offers from England but privileged Germany when he saw the success of his compatriot and former team-mate, Dembélé.

With the money that BVB currently earns and is expected to earn in future, I sincerely hope that Watzke will not just sit on hi fat wallet and give these guys some decent contracts in the future (if they're worth it). For the sake of the league and for BVBs own sake. You don't win any championships if you repeatedly have to substitute your stars for kindergarten talent. If Watzke wants to compete with the big boys, they better hang on to these talents for the long run. But if they do, Dortmund should have a bright future...

It feels like Real let them sign Isak so they can negotiate for Aubameyang in summer. It really looks like Auba is heading to Madrid in July. That's the kind of player counter attacking player that would fit perfectly in Real

"Although Aubameyang's name has been discussed internally at Real Madrid as an option for next season, following the lifting of their transfer ban, Zidane has other ideas," Sports Bild revealed.

It goes well for them, even with that transfer policy... Won 2 CL in 3 years.

This right here. Plus....in the Sport Bild piece it says Zidane feels like they're already set on attacking options but "others at the club" want Aubameyang.

But frankly as you said....Flo gets what Flo wants, regardless of what the coach wants or doesn't, regardless of if its a position of need or not, regardless of if the player fits their system, etc... In whatever case Auba's recent comments + the Isak signing + BvB being linked with other strikers leads me to believe he will be moving on this summer.

Morata is wanted by Arsenal and Benzema is not getting any younger.

Thanks to the draw once. Guardiola would have won it finger in the noise with this draw.

Still, one la Liga on 8 years.

They should ask for a huge fee in that case... Close to world record. He's one of the best strikers out there without a doubt

Probably they'll sell for 30M though

They'll probably sell Auba for a decent fee and then continue to operate as per usual.

--Sells star player for big money
--Uses money from sales to buy lots of young talented players
--Is able to get two or three to develop well
--Sells them for big money
--Wash rinse repeat
