Continuing on previous posts in this thread, his agent is quoted as saying:

"The first step in the German-speaking countries would probably be the easiest. It is not safe for Xherdan to go to Turkey or Russia."

Thanks MUTU, that clarified things a bit. I was looking all over the place for it - besides the ever so reliable Red Robbery that is.

Now we wait for Bayern to successfully negotiate and get him on board.

It is also possible that Bayern already secured the deal, but perhaps there was some gentleman's agreement not to make it public until after the second leg against Basel.

I think there's a good chance that this is true

I dont agree. I think they will have a detailed chat about it when we travel to Basel & when they come to us. I think they atleast once more want to see how Shaqiri does against us. I mean 15 Million is a big investment by Bundesliga standards & Hoeness wants to be sure. I think if an agreement is in place Hoeness would announce it. Or atleast after the Bomb Press Conference Fiasoc.

Thorsten Fink : Shaqiri is like Lizarazu a real Crowd Favorite. I am sure he can be a crowd favorite in Munich too. He is like a Ninja Turtle.

If Hamburg coach says this and Shaqiri's agent says he is moving to the Bundesliga that means clearly its only us who will sign him !

I don't believe that the judgement of buying him will be the two matches against us. He is a young man and he will be very nervous in these matches. It's logical if he won't play good.
I may don't like him but that doesn't mean he is not a good player.
Of course I'd prefer someone else but if the Board want him, I'm with them.

Ofcourse that wont. But it matters. 2 FULL 90 minute matches against Bayern matters. I think that will determine his price & how much Bayern are willing to pay. If he has 2 horrible matches I dont see Bayern paying more than 10 Million & possibly scouting alternate replacements.

Fink Advised Bayern to buy Shaqiri

Fink lobt: „Das ist ein ganz frecher Hund. Er ist spielstark, dribbelstark. Er ist wie so ein Ninja Hero Turtle.“

Fink Paraises : he is a very ''naughty dog ''. Playing well , dribbling etc .. he is like a ''Ninja Turtle Hero''
