That's nice to hear, but if he stays, someone definitely has to leave.

Good to hear he's staying, but I don't think someone "has" to leave if he stays. Especially if Ribéry's form keeps dipping he should be swapped in more frequently with Götze (as in, no more favouritism for Götze hopefully).

I think Götze should be a starter at CAM or CF. Shaqiri should play more often on the wing for Ribery imo.

Seems like he's having second thoughts.

The Champions League is important to me. We will see what happens. England would be an option. If I were to leave Bayern, it will be for a foreign club. But it will have to be a club challenging for the title."

Hopefully the board realizes that Robben is class 1984 and Ribery is class 1983. Enough said

If we let Shaqiri go, we will regret it in years to come, he NEEDS to be playing, what is he doing sitting on the bench, far too good for that.

Even with no Robbery, our preferred most advanced four would be Lewa, Götze, Reus and Thiago. Shaqiri is not a technical player, won't thrive under Guardiola. Doesn't have the dribbling abilities nor the magical passing skills requiered for an advanced role under Guardiola.

Reus isn't coming to Bayern. Not in a million years.

Shaqiri can dribble better than more than half of our preferred starting XI

He'd been getting some good playing time under Pep but got injured for a long time... Not that he was entirely impressive in some of his decision making though he's probably got what it takes to improve and be lethal for us. I'm sure there's going to be space for him this upcoming season as except for maybe defense we're probably set.

After kicker-information, the midfielder is at Liverpool in high demand. An offer shall have been deposited with the record champions. Shaqiri says on demand, "clear" was England an issue.

He has usually played well when called upon. I am convinced he will get more playing time next season if he is injury free. If he stays for around 2 more years he will surely become a starter too.

It is understandable if he wants to leave however. I would be unhappy about it but I wouldn't hold it against him.

Sammer said that he understand the point of Shaqiri , and also said

"But we have the opinion . that with his potential , he is a super player for FC Bayern Muenchen . but with 3 muscle injuries in one year , he would have had problems in any club in the world , but it is also clear that 3 muscle injuries in one year is something abnormal ,why this happened ? we have to look at this and analyze it"

then he said " I consider him as an unbelievable talent ,and coach pep guardiola thinks the same ,the topic this year is that we could not use him a lot because of his injuries , and this inevitably leads to that even in a healthy phase that a player like this is out of rhythm and thus wont be able to show what he actually can do"
