I'm gonna make it 50% again because even though we got Thiago I'd prefer Kroos all day long. With Kroos was still present we wouldn't have to buy James for freekick specialist role anyways not that I don't love James. I just say Kroos was our boy. We betrayed him no matter what you guys think. Same goes for Schweinsteiger. I still miss him.

"Maybe Bayern Munich would have won the Champions League more often with Toni or at least reached the final."
"I can say today that, in my role, it was a mistake to let Toni go. I was sitting on Toni's couch trying to change his mind".

A kind of some strong words that certainly some will not agree with here in the forum, but above all a straight shot at Kalle if you ask me. It was Kalle who told Kroos that he wasn't world class to be paid anywhere near what he was asking for, which was still less than the senior players and less than Gotze. In general a good assessment that it was more a Bayern mistake than a Kroos mistake.

BTW, there are rumours about ManU trying to acquire Kroos as part of the deal to unload Pogba who will go to Madrid

Real Madrid would be idiots to let one of the best midfielders in Europe leave.

As for Bayern crying over him, this ship has sailed, lets hope the guys in power stop talking about it now (especially in public). Instead learn your lessons so that a similar thing never happens again at the club.

If Kroos didnt get injured in the first leg of the champions league quarterfinal of 2013 then we will never win that champions league.

Kroos injury was the only time in my life that I enjoy a bayern player injury, and I think that feeling was share by all bayern squad, after a tough lost in the 2012 champions league final, the 2013 was a MUST or NEVER win that trophy, so watching Robben in the bench made me as also I am SURE that bayern players celebrate the coming of Robben on the pitch.

I think many of us did not enjoy it because we do not have the capacity that you have to understand the feelings of the full Bayern squad, or the personal relationship with the players that you have.

but taking the subjective component out of the equation let's look at an objective fact, which by the way might be the only thing that Kroos himself of anyone without mental issues could care about: his wages of $22M per year, his market value, silverware collection.............

Selling TK to RM might be the worst decision in Bayern history. Whoever allowed this to happen should be tried internally.

Allowing any prominent Bayern player to move to Real is a crime.

It just hurts to think that Toni Kroos is just 1CL victory short from equalling Bayern's 5.

This player symbolises all the saddness when realising how Bayern messed it up since 2013.
