Nah, I rather have him back there telepathing with Lewan before UEFA discovers what's going on and throw both of them in jail. Dammit those crosses were awesome.

He's clearly in love with Bayern. Sure Pep was the reason he came but I'm confident he'll stay here for a very very long time. He was deemed disposable in Barcelona as soon as he got injured and he discovered what a real family club is all about.

P. S. The kid is Bernat.

This was the first game after he returned from injury as a substitute, I think that's why he almost cried. Besides the fact he loves Bayern, I think. :)

Ummmm I don't think so... That was Porto on the Allianz, by which time he had (at least) already played Porto first leg. Can't remember the exact number of games he had on him already.

He came in as a sub for Lahm against both Leverkusen (Pokal) and Dortmund (league)

The baby they sandwich is Bernat. The only black coat there

Big props to Thiago! To come in at late in the match and stay cool and composed to score a goal like that is impressive! My big issue with Thiago has always been his goal scoring capability but he just showed he can do it with the best of them!

Him and Vidal pretty much have to be automatic starters every big game. It's as simple as that really.

I love the passion Thiago shows whenever he scores. Seems he loves the team. I can't understand why he had to wait until ET to be subbed in. Inexplicable, inexcusable.

Maybe Bernat replacing Benatia was a surprise movement that altered all Pep planification for substitution, but with a static offensive football of bayern in the first half, I think Thiago should had enter to the match before the 100 minutes.

Pep will have his reasons, maybe thiago wasnt 100% fit for play this game, but after this game with Juventus, now all of us should agree that Alonso is for the bench and Thiago most have a place in the starting lineup for the champions league matches.
Super-Bayern! Super-Bayern! Hey! Hey!

Anyone notice that he ran all the way onto the field to celebrate with Thomas? He had to be pushed away by Douglas Costa
