I know a couple of mad Arsenal fans and they are furious that they let him go. That must go down as one of the biggest mistakes a club as done in years. A great player and really exciting to watch. Back to Arsenal, I suppose they can say like me, They did not think he would be as good as this.

Frankly, when I first saw Gnabry at Arsenal at 18/19 he looked like a great prospect and i couldnt shake the feeling he would come good. Not saying I predicted him to reach the levels he is at right now but I can't say I am 100% surprised either.

Love this quote from the article below, soon Sane will be part of the crew! :D

I came up playing on youth teams with my boys Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka, and Nicklas Süle. On top of that guys like David Alaba who really became a close friend. So sometimes when things are hard, and I need some motivation, I literally look around at those guys in the dressing room, and I think to myself, “Do you realize that you’re playing for the Bayern first team? You and your boys … you’re all really here. Do you actually realize it? S***, this is crazy.”

Serge is an awesome player and young man! He really believed in himself and remained patient despite all troubles and doubts in England, but his biggest victory was his return to the Bundesliga in Werder and Hoffenheim.

In just 2 years he managed to compensate and surpass his own achievements and overall progress/development during 4-5 years of career in England and then FC Bayern activated a perfect moment to put him in the team. Consequences: fantastic last season at top level playing for top side - from winger no. 4 status to an absolute winger no. 1 status and further huge improvement and brilliant performances at both club and international level. =D> =D> =D>

Serge is simply great and he can still grow and improve because the best football years are yet to happen! 8) Make us proud! Mach uns stolz!

20 goals and 10+ assists in all comps this season!

If him and Sane can keep delivering like that, there should be a good chance for a lot of CL titles in the future.

Crazy thing is that since the corona-restart he just has 2g, 2a.
If that guy could get more consistent, man he'd be special.

Nice to see him score again. As aterford says, if he can be more consistent he would be one of the best.

He seems to show up on bigger games. If that's his inconsistency, fine by me. Lol

Well just a couple of days ago your were talking sh!t about Gnabry :coffee:

I like his eye for goal. He is a very good finisher and we needed a player like him. I know that sometimes he misses clear chances, just like any other player, but when he's in the box he is clinical

Depends on your definition of "shit"...

I used to say he wasn’t Bayern material... While his peak performances definitely improved - and by a big margin - his consistency hasn’t - AT ALL...

So yeah I stand by this evaluation: if he doesn’t get more consistent he‘s nit what I expect from a Bayern Munich winger...
