I wonder how long it'll take him to start claiming he's the best Bayern striker. 8)

Even if the goalkeeper only saw the ball after it was past the defenders. At that speed I'd still expect him to recover it.

No... The ball was going pretty fast, it took one second to reach the goal - look into it from a different angle. I play in goal myself and I have to say football on screen can make shots look deceivingly soft. Taking into account what MaCk0y said about how it might be confusing to the keeper, it would've delayed his reaction by at least 0.25 second (average human reflex time), that's less than a second to dive.

To MaCk0y's question, the outside of his left foot was the only way, in that awkward position, he could've made a decent shot to that corner. Also Lewandowski's done more ridiculous things before, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt - reckon it's intentional.

I just realized something: Wagner was, unlike Hummels, actually born in Munich. Thus, Thomas Muller no bears the burden of being the last Bavarian on the team. All the more reason to be happy we bought him.

I also saw a comment elsewhere in which a Bayern Munich fan complained that "Wagner's positioning is subpar" and all I could think of was that he had scored 3 tap ins within his first 300 minutes, but that's another story.

Kemm int kelb...

You are so cheeky...

I appreciate his fighting spirit and will...
He has limitations but he gives it all and we should all appreciate such values in today's football.
OK you are making fun(which also made me laugh) of a man who came out of retirement to help... I don't think that he deserves it...

No, I honestly think Starke is a legend. Not a Kahn type of legend, but a legend in his own right.
