What!?! Are you talking about O Fenômeno!?! Have I seen this correctly?

Don't rule out anything...

That goal line save says many things....

How he plays terrible outside of the 16m box, I doubt that Real Madrid would sign him.

if that is the case then he will end up at an oily club like Chelski/P$G or Man Shitty

He never won my heart, though. I've always doubted in him, since his Borussia days when he used to miss a lot of chances before scoring one goal.
Basically fails to be a game-changer in big, important European matches. Scoring against Beşiktaş and Anderlecht isn't some sort of science, but funny opponents that make your statistic prettier in the eye of a viewer.

I can't imagine how many opinions will change (again) if Lewandowski scores a hat trick and proceeds to do a 'Van Bommel' at the Real supporters and players.

He scored 4 goals against Real in the CL semis. But he didn't score in the CL final against Bayern, so he choked.

Big games are those where your team is eliminated. The rest of the season doesn't count.

Yes the Brazilian one. R9 was possibly the most complete and skilled CF I have seen during my lifetime.

He might have never won the UCL but he did win a couple of World Cups and Copa Americas? That’s might not be a fair analogy I assume because Lewandowski’s chances of winning the WC and Euro are very slim so the biggest trophy he can potentially win is the UCL. Playing for a very strong team like Bayern and being the “best CF of his generation” he sure has underperformed in the key moments in big games for us.

If Real can give a decent price for him (€70-80m) then IMO we should pounce on that offer and let this arrogant man leave.

Has your account been hacked by Prasun!?

Living off your performances in ONE big SF FIVE years ago isn’t the hallmark of “the best striker” in the World, right?

Misconception. You decapitalize it if and only if you use the first name.

So Mark van Bommel and Van Bommel

You don't capitalize 'from', 'of' or 'by'. Stop following regular capitalization norms and use proper naming conventions please. You ARE risking a thanks for crying out loud.

Luis Suarez and Lewandowski have been to me the best #9 in recent years.

I would like to know your Top 5 cause you will see how easy is to discredit any football player

Icardi? Lukaku? Aubameyang? Higuain?

Everybody knows the best #9 in the world is Cristiano Ronaldo by a huge margin. He may not always play there, but when he does he's the best.

If you consider him to be a #9 then yes, he is the obviously the best. In fact I've always considered both Messi and CR to be one step above the rest.
