I agree with him, but we have to decide whether we are going for the stars (ready made product) or our own product.

Why do we have to "decide"? We’re **** cheapskates, but we want to play with the big guys... That CAN work, so long as you are one of the best in EVERY department: scouting, transfers, youth... If you’re subpar in ALL if them - which we are right now - you’re on the path to meaninglessness...

And you're on the path to depression...

Finally someone, but it's too gentle for being a criticism.

We play in such a terrible league where lack of individual quality has been a reality ever since Klopp's boys decided to run for money and glory in other clubs(all of them returned later) and Wolfsburg shut down the whole project of becoming a very serious team in 2015.

I mean, during Guardiola reign we could have used 2-3 young players in some matches that even with these young inexperienced boys our opponents would look like amateurs. But we didn't as well as we still struggle big time to win promotion in der Dritte Liga, which also speaks for itself that our youngsters are either far from being top talent material or we have terrible coaching staff in all youth teams.

Bayern has always been a club where both top stars and homegrown players had played together and what Bayern has made being FC Bayern today as it is.

The same goes for Ajax, Manchester United, Barcelona, AC Milan(which is one of the main reasons why this team totally collapsed along with Italy NT).

This forces a very inappropriate idea in me and I'm not sure if I should say it here. It's about Lahm.

Great. I'm reading his blog and he's looking like the guy who can turn around the outdated strategies of DFB.
