This clown needs to be sacked ASAP! Renato doesn’t get game time, won’t be sold, and now it’s costing him financially. Can’t make this shit up!
Kovac is being openly criticized by more and more players and rightfully so.
Don’t wait for the sack Niko, time to pack it up.

Subbing in players for the sake of making substitutions?!

Well, no hate my brother, but it's going to be like that for Bayern in the future. All the teams knows our weak points, and everybody wants to show up against the big clubs out there. Yes, Bayern is Bayern, we're still favourites for the title in this League, but they already know that if they just try a simple front press against our team - they will score sooner or later.

You cannot expect to play against teams who pull off their pants and wait for us to slide into their DM's anymore.
We cannot justify ourselves with the "luck" after every game that we draw or lose. Yes, of course - no team in the world can't win every time, but I don't think that anyone is going to criticise Kovac or the players if we do the right things on the pitch and play excellent game - it doesn't matter if you lose or draw so much then.

But currently, that's not the case. We're seeing the same attacking approach and the same defensive mistakes from the last season.

Soooo glad you said "DM's"!!

You’re still trying to pull this ain’t you?

Incompetent refs? Sure. “Lady luck”? Get out. Are you just quoting him at this point? Luck, really?

And that part about motivated opponents is just too embarrassing to comment. Have you ever heard any coach make that crappy excuse? Anyone, anywhere?

In fact, ability to motivate your own players is one important attribute for a football coach. Claiming our opponents were more motivated is an admission that Kovac has failed to motivate his players enough.

This will help his cause a lot.

1)He will finally be respected among his peers and even the players will get behind him.
2)Yes, he's not Heynckes, Pep, Klopp or Zidane but new players won't be going "Kovac who?" [If you know Pochettino you should know Kovac by now. He has won more trophies than him too BTW.]
Spoiler: show
To be fair he outfoxed a legendary Bayern manager too and now I don't think it was a fluke, let's not get into that. If you ask me he is brilliant at times but just not confident in himself and doesn't have the players 100% behind him.

3)Kovac will gain self-confidence and this was seriously lacking as I stated earlier. Self-confidence can completely transform a person.
4)#KovacOut movement will halt, for now. Even the bosses will give him some more time.

I personally, no longer want to see him fired as soon as possible anymore. Let's see how this season pans out.

One thing is 100% certain. This win was more than just 3 points.

So far so good

IMHO Niko needs to do the following:
1. Play players in their best position. Which means no Kimmich at RB, no Müller at RW and no Davies at LB.That would be really helpful.
2. He needs to stop trying to reinvent the model. 433 doesn’t work here, it didn’t for Ancelotti and it won’t for Kovac. He needs to stick to the 4231 because it fits like a glove with the players we have and works fine. Maybe he could start practicing an alternative formation that has three CBs.
3. Play the youngsters/fringe player against inferior BL opponents like Paderborn (and upcoming Pokal opponents like Bochum). Our reserve team is filled with exciting talent. Arp (currently injured), Zirkzee, Mai, OBM, Paul Will, Cuisance, Singh and Chris Richards are all talents who could do with BL/Pokal appearances.

The best thing that speaks in favor of Niko are problems in Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester, London, Paris and Torino. The Croat and FC Bayern are no longer the only two things that are suffering right now.

Real Madrid and Barcelona also suck and have serious troubles with their squad, football display and coaches despite 500 million € investments in the last 2-3 years.
Man United have been in deep crisis quite some time and it seems that it's going to continue in that direction, Chelsea have been also fairly unstable for years, Arsenal are no longer part of the elite.
PSG is a pure mess of a club but seem to be way unpredictable and dangerous without top names and stars in their squad which wasn't a case in the past.
Juventus are struggling to build a winning team in Europe, find a strong midfield and play efficient attacking football. They are also struggling, too.

Only Liverpool and Manchester City are on top. Kloop's club cannot win their first Premier League title ever despite great chemistry, mentality and football they play, City stole them with that insane 14 straight victory row, but in Europe they are always extremely dangerous and can be lethal.
Man City are so strong, have big individual quality, great coach and awesome squad depth, but Guardiola's cancer wound are away matches in the K.O. stages of the CL where he is totally desperate against top clubs or at least teams he faces that play awesome football in a specific moment and knock him out(AS Monaco), not to mention the Catalan has his own inner battle with all that perfectionism syndrome and philosophical shit.

The best thing so far that has happened to Kovač is overhaul where FC Bayern got rid of 7 playersfrom the last season(many of them senators) and got Lucas, Pavard, Coutinho and Perišić. That was the best decision and still it remains to sign Sané, one real, top defensive midfielder he wanted to see this season.
Nevertheless, selling Boateng and Javi Martinez and signing new backup CB and #6, maybe adding another fullback so he could have depth.
That's all that BAYERN need, not just its current coach, though.

New, fresh, hungry and motivated players, ie new FC Bayern is what Niko exactly needs, not just Niko, but every potential coach who might be Kovač's successor. Ancelotti needed that and even Heynckes during the caretaker role, as well.

It's not the same to suck as a coach when you lead fed up team, most of players who past their prime, who are no longer motivated in Bundesliga and to suck when you lead a top team full of top players who have ahead of them years of top level football and room for improvement. The same recipe would worth for Tuchel, Nagelsmann, Erik ten Hag, Villas-Boas and any other potential Bayern coach.

Are we talking those reserves struggling in 3rd Liga?
And the Paderborn that (almost) ridiculed us?

Sure... And those players were so unmotivated and past it they didn’t want to win CL a second time so that they didn’t shoot on Liverpool's goal for 180 mins...

It’s pretty clear I‘m no fan of Guardiola's spell here but he gets blame for everything, and that phrasemonger gets excuses...
