He probably has the longest winning streak in coaching history too, chronologically speaking. It goes back to 2013 :P

Arjen has made it clear that there 's no good choices in the market. Looks like Tuchel has fallen out of the game also. I am not against the idea Jupp stays for 1 - 2 more years, but I am very worried about his health.

I hope he changes his mind. I believe that Bayern absolutely need him for at least one more season. With the WC coming up a new manager would have almost no preseason and that won’t be nice for the 18-19 campaign.

I think 2018 should be used to identify the correct successor and then the next manager should be announced somewhere in early 2019.

It's pretty clear now that no one will be as good as him, whoever we sign as a replacement. I doubt we will ever see a better Bayern coach in our lifetime. We are very lucky.

Although it will still be a downgrade hopefully we sign the best replacement possible like we did in 2013. :pep: (I had to be controversial :P)

The best of the best - Jupp Heynckes! We will forever regret what we did to him in 2013.

Didn't win La Liga and ended on 4th place behind the Basque clubs Athletic and R. Sociedad.

Everybody loves Jupp:

According to Kicker, Jupp is currently the only candidate to be Bayern manager next season. Uli Hoeneß had a phone call with him on Friday but Heynckes is yet to say yes. The players also seem to want Jupp to stay.

Fingers crossed for Jupp. I don't expect him to stay until he dies but we need him especially this year more than ever and the best part of all these he knows it very well. He's here because he loves the club just like we do. If that wasn't the case he wouldn't even think about returning back after all those things we did to him (Guardiola & stuff) I'm gonna name my kid Jupp/Josef if I can lol he's that much legend for me.
