Where do you get that? He was only asked if he might stay beyond Summer and he laughed it off saying he knew he would be asked that and simply said that so far the plan was to stop in Summer. Nobody even mentioned one more year, or two, or three.

Yes but it went from Heynckes saying that the plan was to stop in Summer, to Mark Lovell saying that Heynckes didn't rule out staying beyond Summer, to ramsej84 saying he may consider staying for one more year. Get my point? Soon someone will say that Heynckes was offered a one-year contract extension and he's considering signing it. Then someone else will claim he signed a one-year contract. In the meantime I still don't know where the "one year" came from, I'm assuming that ramsej84 made it up.

Haven't seen the presser but in the transcripts there's no mention of "one year". It's still interesting, because IIRC he explicitly ruled out staying longer in earlier interviews/PC.

I read on Bild yesterday night that Heynckes had some kind of argument with Vidal and Starke. It looked like a BS story, but couldn't read too much as it was on Bild + or whatever is called

Any news on this?
