5 million euros without the bonuses and that Oldie has just won a treble !!!

As far as I understood Jupp Heynckes didn't get any bonuses. He insists on fix salaries without any conditional contractual clauses. So it's just € 5m.

I read once on bild that his salary was 5 millions not including bonuses

So when then they say "not including bonus" , one can safely assume that he will get some extra €

It's possible that Bild just assumed there would be bonuses because it's common but Kicker and SportBild both wrote he had a fix salary at Leverkusen of € 2m and a fix salary at Bayern of €5m. Considering Heynckes is very oldschool this seems believable.

Make out of those information what you will. It's not that important anyway.

On kicker, he said that he has no intention to take over the National Elf...

I have a feeling that we'll get him instead of Sagawovski... Don't forget that we can play T.Muller as a striker...

many thanks for this opp given. I really enjoyed reading it... At times I felt like... it was so moving...
We shall never forget this man and we shall never stop thanking him. He stayed calm and focused in order to rebuild the trust in our team and board after that debacle and we have to admit it was not easy; not everyone is capable to remain & emerge this strong. =D>

Yes it was quite moving, but I have to say his comments regarding Pep's appointment, such as the promise he made to his wife, made me feel very relieved. Jupp deserves nothing less than being happy with the way things have turned out.

There is an old saying that you don’t necessarily have to be a great footballer to make a great manager.

And that certainly seems to be true of poor former Bayern Munich and Real Madrid boss Jupp Heynckes.

The 68-year-old was invited onto German television to have a crack at the ‘torwand’, or goal with two holes, as used in training drills.

The German took on football fanatic Annika Jenk… and finished soundly beaten 3-2 after fluffing his first three efforts on goal.

Must be rusty!

He was some striker in his day!
