Yes he was typical in every phrase he used but I didn't expect that from him. I liked what he said about our status, his goals, the number of the shirt etc. We started very nice senior Rodriguez, I'm really eager to see those words become quickly a reality.

He is known to be quite shy and humble. Didn't like talking in press conferences a while ago because he is slightly tartamudo (don't know the word for that, sorry... The thing in King's Speech).

Indeed. Although, I think he already "beat" it.

It was so funny to see how people discussed about how to pronunce his name, just go to the official youtube channel of the club, there a german narrator said it lot of times, in the video: first James' training.

And about the jerseys, as a colombian i can say we are massives consumers of football merchandising, and of course if it comes from our star

Here in Colombia the people in all the city (the capital, Bogota) is asking about when the shirt will arrive to the local adidas shops in order to buy it. EVERYBODY!

How come does he have such a huge following? Don't people in Colombia know about fan loyalty to clubs?

I mean, obviously good for us, but it's weird that such a huge number of people start following a club just because of a player.

This is what we call the colombian effect, even when he went to Madrid, Spanish people couldn't understand how a lot of people from Colombia began to follow their team, and it is because we the colombian people are so passionate with everything we feel is ours, it's not about loyalty for a football club it's loyalty to our superstar, i mean patriotism.

I can't deny i felt i little angry when i saw since yesterday fanboys "joining" to my glorious Bayern Munich (i love Bayern since 2006), but then i realized all the benefits it will take to the club (merchandising, tv ratings... etc)

Tbh, I don't think the jerseys are sold out...think they won't be released until the 16h. Otherwise it's very very impressive that he sold out all sizes in all variations.
She’s beauty, she’s grace, if u tell her she only watches football for the attractive players she’ll punch u in the face.

They were advertising it all over the place with "get your james jersey now".

Has anyone seen them available? I mean, if they're truly sold out for now, surely Bayern would make a statement (it's the best kind of PR!).

They wouldn't say "get your jersey now" then. They would say pre-order.

I mean, I really want to believe it and I hope it's true. But you can order them and pay for them, they just get made at a later date (which makes sense with a transfer as quick as this one).
