Fifteen people, including six children, died during a raid by Sri Lankan security forces as three cornered suicide bombers blew themselves up and others were shot dead, police said Saturday.

The three men set off explosives killing three women and six children inside what was believed to an Islamist safe house near the eastern town of Kalmunai on Friday night, police said.

"Three other men, also believed to be suicide bombers, were found dead outside the house," police said in a statement. [source]

SICK MINDS...

However ... Kudos to the Sri Lankan authorities.. . the biggest shame is though that they did not act in time... they could have saved all those lives...

''Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez's Socialists have won snap elections without the necessary majority to govern solo in a fragmented political landscape marked by the far-right's entry into parliament.''

''In a sign of the impact the crisis had on voters, Dolores Palomo, a 48-year-old domestic worker, said she had always voted for the socialists but cast her ballot for Ciudadanos this time at a polling station in Hospitalet de Llobregat, near Barcelona.

The reason? Sanchez "is a puppet of the separatists," she said.''

Sri Lanka has banned face coverings in public, following a spate of suicide attacks on Easter Sunday that killed at least 250 people and injured hundreds.

President Maithruipala Sisirsena said he was using an emergency law to impose the restriction from Monday.Any face garment which "hinders identification" will be banned to ensure national security, his office said.

The niqab and burka - worn by Muslim women - were not specifically named.

The move is perceived as targeting the garments, however.

Sri Lanka remains on high alert eight days after Islamist attacks that hit churches and hotels.

Dozens of suspects have been arrested, but local officials warned that more militants remained at large [source]

they should make the law a permanent one.

The same should be applied in Europe.

Maybe a civil war has started in Venezuela, maybe... I guess it's time to remove domestic terrorists from their power led by El Chofer Maduro.

Alphabet Inc’s Google has suspended business with Huawei that requires the transfer of hardware and software products except those covered by open source licenses, a source close to the matter told Reuters on Sunday, in a blow to the Chinese technology company that the U.S. government has sought to blacklist around the world.

Huawei Technologies Co Ltd will immediately lose access to updates to the Android operating system, and the next version of its smartphones outside of China will also lose access to popular applications and services including the Google Play Store and Gmail app. [source]

You probably know what happened in Austria a day ago.
The coalition between Kurz and Strache collapsed due to taped corruption scandal in which the vice-chancellor Hans-Christian Strache found himself, therefore the Austrian chancellor Sebastian Kurz is looking for an early/snap election in autumn 2019.

I have no idea what happened since I'm no longer interested in politics, but this will be a big damage for ÖVP that had achieved great results in the last election cycle.

edit: Jesus Christ! It's all about setting up good and easier business terms to a Russian businesswoman and that's the only reason why Kurz feels morally obligated to look for new elections. In Croatia, the government is total generator of all corruption and injustice and all politicians and their private businesses and company work with the state, fix public tenders to favor their toys and swallow the money of tax payers.

That's the most crucial difference between Croatia and rest of the Balkan countries and Die Bundesrepublik Österreich. :) =D>

I still remember what happened to ex-president of Germany Christian Wulff and reasons of his resignation.

That’s why I posted it here.

My understanding is that on older devices you are going to remain the same but will not get new updates, which is a big security threat. However I’m not sure if this is just the extent of it.
Phones which are still to be released won’t use Android at all so they will be completely different from looks to functionality.

Tbh if there is any way you could afford another cheapish (or expensive) phone, I would move on and also try to sell the Huawei to someone unaware. :P
