In terms of physical City ... then I don't think so

Yeah I meant the physical city, as in when the area was first founded. Rome is obviously much older haha.

As far as I can see there are none in Europe younger than Valletta though several in Asia and Africa. In Europe Norway and Russia had younger ones for some time but then moved capitals again.

Yeah Canberra too. Pretty much anywhere outside Europe and Antarctica has examples.
