U l-Kotra qamet f’daqqa – u għajtet: “Jien Maltija!
Miskin min ikasbarni, - miskin min jidħak bija!”
U l-Kotra għanniet f’daqqa – u semmgħet ma’ l-irjieħ

Is it a feast in England today?
It is St. George's day... the Patron Saint of the island

Well if George is England and Andrew is Scotland and Patrick is (kinda) for N Ireland. Who's left?

Its my favourite of the British nations. Lots of friends there, friendly people and beautiful places. Can't wait to go there again when this is over

Later fcbm told me about it.
And also never heard of S.David before!

Is St George's day celebrated normally?

Also a question for you please, (I guess that you are going to answer my question with a smile)
How is the mood in the Leeds camp? Are they nervous or optimist about their chances?

It isn't particularly celebrated although my town (Morley) just outside Leeds usually does a parade.

I think Leeds fans are hopeful that the season will be completed eventually however long it takes and I can't see a situation here where they "do a dutch" and write off the whole season's results. If they can't finish I think they will promote Leeds and wba and have two extra teams in the PL when the new season starts.

Really missing football and the banter and the joy and the sadness that sport brings. This tragedy has shown how unimportant sport is but how important it is at the same time. It usually gives us an escape from life and something to look forward to which is why if it's possible I really hope they allow sport again soon even if us fans can't attend

I agree with him (shock lol). The government are arranging meetings with all the major sports organisations in the UK to discuss and hopefully implement safe ways for sport to restart. It is dependent on the five criteria set out by the government to allow restrictions to be lifted though. And the government need to do their bit by getting PPE and testing sorted
