Dear God, Chinese authorities imprisoned their scientist/doctor in September 2019 who discovered it because he had figured out that this isn't just a typical virus and informed in Whatsapp group his colleagues. He also died of the virus. Who the hell is doing this except communist regimes as a potential danger for "national security" of "spreading very bad image" to the rest of the world or someone who wants bad to the world?
You never, never cover up something like that especially in era of traveling, tourism, global business, etc. 3-4 months were lost simply because of that covering up and the rest of the world at first only observed China when it found out.

When Europe started to face big troubles in February, they already made some statistics about victims who died of the virus.

Things about China cannot be reversed, facts have been clear for the whole year. History is going to remember them for this.

It was willful genocide through inaction. Worst thing is that these fuckers will never pay for what they did to the world.

It can be defeated from within... not through bombs...
The ppl have nothing to do... They are just slaves of the Regime

England

Probably almost everywhere. The variant wouldn’t have been identified immediately (i.e. in its first instance) so chances are even if the UK were isolated it would have spread already. That isn’t really anyone’s fault, it’s just the way things are. We can only hope it doesn’t mean a setback for any vaccine/cure.

That's what they said...
But it is now that they said that the vaccine was not tested on-:
U16
Pregnant
Those with low immune system
Those who have allergies

I am very skeptic and I am of the op that skepticism is growing by the day

As someone with a very large percentage of my income deriving from working on regulatory documents for medicines, I can say that it’s definitely very common for those populations not to have been tested. Studies on children often take place layer, which makes sense because there’s not much reason to delay getting a product out there for other populations just to conduct studies on children. What happens, at least in Europe, is that it usually gets approved for those which have been tested first with the recommendation not to use it on children, and that part is then updated accordingly when studies are done. For pregnant women it is usually data gained from actual use after approval rather than studies. I suspect it will be the same here. Not ideal, but quite standard for almost any medicine you’ve ever taken.

We do not form part of any of those populations and it has been tested for our characteristics, so we need not be too sceptical ourselves. The study population for the Pfizer vaccine is huge.... much, much more than your ordinary vaccine. The only thing that remains lacking is the long-term effect but the vast majority of side effects appear within hours, days, or at worst weeks. Side effects which appear months or years down the line are very rare.

And it crossed my mind 2-3 days ago when we I talked with the godfather's family that even if you wanted to do it, there's no place to run and hide, avoid it. And now you post this, heh...

It's a fucking lottery and I mean it seriously.

Yes, unfortunately so. Even the disease itself can range from literally nothing to serious complications or death.

Wait, didn’t you FIERCELY attack the EU for not letting the "independent" Brits suckle on the teat that is the European single market?

I guess you just cannot be satisfied huh?

Malta registered its highest rise in COVID-19 cases in more than two weeks on Saturday, with 129 new cases detected.

https://timesofmalta.com/articles/view/ ... die.841220

The 129 new cases – the highest number of daily cases announced since December 7 - were detected from a relatively low 2,071 swab tests, meaning more than six per cent of tests returned positive results.

That positivity rate is significantly higher than 2.44 per cent rate Malta has averaged since the start of the pandemic.
