"Sewage Doesn't Lie": How Feces and Other Bodily Fluids Can Help Track COVID Outbreaks

To detect coronavirus outbreaks early on, scientists are testing sewage plants and blood in addition to evaluating heart rates through fitness tracker data. Taken together, these systems could replace complicated track and trace efforts to contain the pandemic.

Leeds is dangerously close to being locked down again. 400 new cases this week and they’re talking about restricting movement. Not sure what that means yet but I hope it isn’t the “can’t travel five miles from home” shit again. All because youths have been gathering for house parties and in bars and even at illegal raves

Cases across the country have risen to 3000 a day again and schools have only just reopened

I think Leeds is one of the worst off places, right?

I don’t think these local lockdowns can keep going for so long.

Cold Corona Comfort: Germany Braces for the Second COVID-19 Wave

In Germany, the number of coronavirus infections is once again on the rise, but the disease is killing fewer people. Still, epidemiologists warn that the pandemic could spin out of control again this winter.

Two immigrants who were in quarantine escaped from Marsa centre

https://www.tvm.com.mt/en/news/two-immi ... sa-centre/

In the past who ever did not respect quarantine would be killed on the spot...

In the meantime.

Record nr of infections. 78 ! Many of whom old folk poor ppl.
And in two weeks time we are to open the schools!

The World Health Organization expects Europe to see a rise in the daily number of COVID-19 deaths in October and November, the head of the body's European branch told AFP on Monday.

"It's going to get tougher. In October, November, we are going to see more mortality," WHO Europe director Hans Kluge said [source]

Panic is the worst thing we need right now. We can't do anything except live and wait for days when this all will be over. Opinions change every few days or every week.

One Croatian scientist said 2-3 days ago that first results of 5-6 vaccines are very good including the Russian Sputnik 5 which was in his opinion fine and positive thing but disagrees with the registration what Russian did and which is too early and still not a finished product.

Which wouldn’t have changed much... You think it would be miraculously less contagious then?

Why don’t we focus ob overcoming the crisis and THEN look for culprits? Did the Nuremberg trials take place in 1942?

I saw a doc about the matter and yes it would have made huge differences.
First of all the virus surfaced in late August by the way
