After that semi against Dortmund last night, I'm nearly afraid to open this section and read of the new injuries this morning...

I really hope we find a medical team this summer. Can we steal the team they have at Chelsea? I know Lewy's injury has nothing to do with the doctors but this homeopathy bull-shit and all of these muscle tears needs to end. I get that the players love him but I would take real science over player doctor relationships any day. How are we one of the biggest clubs in the world and practicing pseudo-science with a doctor who is un willing to change.

I can accept defeats when the squad is healthy most of the season but it's frustrating to see so many of the team's important players missing for half the season and especially during tough matches. Hoping this situation with the medical team gets resolved by next season and all players available and fit.

This is just an approximation. Not even sure if I did the math correctly on the number of days in a season. Just added the supposed number of months between August to May.

If only every Bayern player could be as sturdy as Muller. Man is made of steel.

Until everything is over for this season, can we please stop mentioning the word 'injury' together with one of our players..??

In another conversation, someone asked if our players are actually injury prone or is this just some curse. My initial thought is majority of our players really are especially the ones injured right now have been known to be injured often.

I got some time to kill before the Juve-RM game so I did this. I thought Alaba wasn't injury prone before it looks like he has spent quite a time injured.

Injury proneness isn't only how much time a player spent out injured, but you also need to factor on how often he's injured.

Two players might have been out for 1 year each, but for player A it would be one injury lasting one year and for player B it's 12 separate injuries lasting a month each. One would say player B is more injury prone than player B.

Alaba was very unlucky (therefore cursed) when a bosnian fell on his knee and damaging it in a useless friendly... F*** uefa and the Austrian Football Ass.
Ribery is a mystery (cursed)
Robben (cursed)
Badstuber (cursed)

If he was cursed then he'd have had a player fall on his knee anyway, maybe in the following match in the Bundesliga or during training :P
