I agree with this. Neuer has a World Cup to play in. I don’t think we will see Manuel in goal in either leg against Real Madrid. Especially in the second leg at the Bernabeu (the place where he suffered this fracture in the first place)
I still believe and hope that Manuel takes it a step at a time and comes back against 1860 playing for the second team.

As a non-German Bayern fan, if he is fit and playing well, facing Real is more important.

I highly doubt it as well, but we haven't seen him. I trust Jupp's choice either way.
Neuer on form provides an important edge vs Real: he can save those super human, unsaveable shots of which Ronaldo might get one or two. For "normal" shots Ulreich has been so fantastic that I wouldn't worry at all.

I doubt that he is fit to play against such a team...
Neuer is out of form... both mentally and physically.
We can't have him to defend the goal vs Real, we just can't

Once again, I think so too, but the truth is we have no idea. A foot injury might not affect a goalkeeper too much. It's the length of time he didn't train/play that will affect him but he might get back to scratch quicker than we think especially if he wants to make a difference in the crucial games of the season.
Let's let Jupp decide. I am 100% sure that if Jupp plays him it'll be because he is doing well, and if not because he isn't yet in good enough form to displace Ulreich.

That's why he broke his foot twice.
