Sell Coman? No.
Keep him as a nice to have player? Yes.

I feel really bad for him. It would be awful if he has to retire if shit like this keeps happening. You can see it in his eyes it gets worse every time he gets injured. Teammates know it too, everyone gathers around him every time he lies down.

Yep. They just don't want to announce it.

Now I appreciate Robben even more, looking at how frequently Coman injures himself and how that affects him psychologically. You can see it in his eyes when it happens. Its not pain - its an utter disappointment. It just breaks him then & there.

Arjen Robben must have steel rods in his brain cause that dude has gone to injury hell & back. And he delivered every single time - came back and had an amazing career. One must wonder what more he could have achieved if he stayed Cristiano Ronaldo healthy.

If only Deisler had that kind of mental state...

No, we are not unlucky... We just want to push to the extreme limits for the last 4-5 years and we have been doing a damn good job.

It's impressive to compare the number of games missed by Coman, Robben, Ribery due to injuries in their first 3 and a half seasons at Bayern

Ribery: 55
Coman: 63
Robben: 65

Well, Robbery-level injury history is right at the lowest limit of acceptability. We arguably lost 1 or 2 Champion League titles because they were injured at crucial moments, so we should aim to replace them with healthier players.

It's not that I want to sell Coman, I really like him as a player and what he brings to the team. I'm just afraid Coman will never be the player he could've been. He's been extremely unlucky with his injuries and when he's injured it's always a big time injury that sidelines him for months. I think the best solution for Bayern is to sell him and find a replacement. This can't go on, unless we buy a player to replace and keep him as a backup.

When I look around the biggest teams around, it's hard to find a player that's an important attacking player, as Coman is for us, that's so often injured. It's completely normal to get injured, but not missing 3 months at a time over and over again.

To be honest I think that sadly they were both on the pitch in Finale Dahoam against Chelsea....maybe we could argue that we would have been able to reach the final if Robben was available against Atletico in 2015/16. You have to beat Real then. After that season we are not talking about prime Robbery anymore and there were other factors (namely: referees) significantly influencing the ties vs Real Madrid.
