No chance..I'm still angry they let Thiago go to NT, after he was left out of the squad with injury on Saturday #-o

Well, we'll know once we find out for how long he'll be out... Robben is out as well but with a rib injury, nothing serious.

We need to save Martinez since we refused to sign more CBs.

And I will love a team with Boateng Hummels as CD and with Vidal and Martinez at middle.

No information on how long he'll be out yet... undefined. Injury in the left abductor muscle...

From the official Bayern news...

Bayern defender Javi Martínez has been diagnosed with a groin sprain sustained in the league leaders' 1-1 Bundesliga draw with FC Köln last Saturday. The 28-year-old has appeared in all his club's competitive fixtures so far this season but is now facing a lay-off and has withdrawn from the Spain squad for the upcoming 2018 World Cup qualifiers away to Italy and Albania.

So unlucky when I recall what kind of a world-class midfielder he was going to become in 2013.

Image

He still worths 25 mil € which is something really impressive when we take a look at his injury history and the lack of consistency with all these often injury breaks.

What is very disappointing to see on TM is that they marked him as a natural CB when he's a midfielder.   I totally dislike that.

So they haven't set a time frame for his return. I fear this is going to be bad.

Bayern didn't give any indication of how long he's out for. Sounds bad. :(

Seems like they did a deduction of circumstances...let's hope it's true, but I'm not gonna hold my breath just yet.

About his injury it's else a contracture (2-3 weeks) or a tear (like Boateng last january).

Seems more the first option.
