Doesn't look like it's a long injury at least.

So far everything looks great without Javi. We have Bastian on #6 and the rest of the guys have their competition in the midfield. In defensive line we have our standard Dante-Boa duo, so there's no place for Martinez.

Amazing... Last season during the 2nd period of the season it would be a major problem, but not in 4-1-4-1 system. :lolno:

I cannot believe that you aren't worried :!: We've already lost Thiago, God forbid He (Martinez) he want make it next FRI.

Well, we brought Jan and he'll have to learn somewhere to play fooball on the high level. I trust him and if he fails sometimes, doesn't matter... That's a price of his inexperience.

After all, people here totally trust Guardiola, don't they? In that case, I don't see any problems without Thiago and Martinez. We won so far 3 games in Bundesliga thanks to the wings of Rib & Rob who are always great, just like real striker as Đilkoš who scored for very important goal worth 3 points in Frankfurt, not to these two guys.

These injuries are currently minor problems, worthless against one problem with Guradiola new system and ideas. Standard CBs are fit, standard CDM is fit, everything is super.

I think we've not seen much of Jan on the field to start judging him. It's early to make such as assessment about his abilities against "big" teams.

I hope he is not injured after the supercup game. Was half-fit to begin with, and then he took a stomp from Torres. He was said to only be supposed to get 10-15 mins of play time, yet he plays for a duration of a full match.

Hope the is well and fit!!!

I take back what I said before the season - you won't have too many midfielders in your squad.

This is just unfortunate, Gotze, Thiago, Martinez injured. Schweinsteiger also has a minor injury. All of them are midfielders, who would suspect such a thing.

Shouldn't have football god in the form of Pep Guardiola foreseen such a calamity?
