If Costa keeps this form, it's gonna be hard for Ribery... he's been a monster.

I think there's no chance of Ribery getting back his 2013 form. His return is much anticipated, and he will definitely give us a boost. However, having been out for such a long time with such an agonizing injury, plus aging, will definitely have its toll on his physical shape when he comes back. His competition at the moment is younger, healthier, and in great form. However, Pep might have some ideas for Ribery (e.g. playing him in attacking midfield or so). Otherwise, I see Ribery ending up being a true super sub when needed in the "big" games.

Ribery won't be a regular starter again, I believe. Not just because of Costa and Coman, but because he will never be the same player he was before.

I won't write him off just yet because of his class and experience... Robben won't share goat blood with Ribery, selfish.

If Franck is back at 2013 level (which seems highly doubtful), I would drop Robben before Costa to be honest.

I have really missed Ribéry. Soon he will be back and there's no doubt in his motivation and a strong will to return and make us happy. 8)

"Franck has made a big step forward," Guardiola added.

"He could resume squad training within the next one or two weeks.

"I don't know whether he will play again before the winter break. I don't want to put a date on his return." [source]

Some time ago they were pretty sure he'd play again in 2015. Now it's unsure. :(

No hurry Franck if you use winter to ease in. Stay fit please...! Bayern needs this king to join king arturo on the field :)

I would love to see Ribery and Vidal battling opponents on the pitch. Both have similar temper.
