Mdf v RB
I think that one is more at risk of getting booked while playing in mdf rather than as full back

So.... Kimmich at RB with Goretzka-Thiago midfield or Tolisso at RB? I'm completely desregarding Odriozola for obvious reasons.

I don't get you guys' worries. The textbook solution that Flick is the most likely to go for is Kimmich RB and Thiago MF, which makes the squad better. Advantage us.

I definitely hope so. But like someone pointed out, if Kimmich gets suspended we're fucked. Prayer circle.

Hey, maybe this works out for the best. Like the Kroos injury in 2013 lol.

That has nothing to do with Pavard. If Kimmich gets suspended as an MF, we're still fucked regardless.

Maybe so. But pre-injury Flick at least had the chance to play Thiago in midfield and Pavard at RB thus being able to rest Kimmich. Not saying it would have happened, but now he pretty much has to play him.
God Bless Thomas Müller

He’s a goner. Metatarsal ligament injury. No way he’s gonna recover in time for the UCL restart. He’ll be fit by the first week of September at the earliest.

Ugh. If only we had a starting RB who were actually better than Pavard laying around... :(
