Get better Xabi.

Not an injury per se but, an illness. The rumors going around about the flu being one of the worst strands in a long, long time are true! I just spent the last week in bed with a 105 temp., my throat swollen almost completely shut, and my ears so clogged I basically deaf. Not trying to be dramatic but that's gotta be the sickest I've ever been. Thank god my wife is a nurse. She got me antibiotics and gave me IVs or may not have made it. I just this morning ate a piece of toast, my first bite of food since Monday morning. The doctor she works for has told me there's a chance this did some permanent damage to my throat. Guess no Grammy winning singing career for me. LOL! But seriously, I'm 32, active, and generally healthy so what's the virus gonna do to someone 60-70 years old. I never thought the flu could be so scary.

Glad you're feeling better. On the bright side, your immunity is now nearly bullet-proof!

Funnily enough, it IS my lower back.
Namely, middle-lower back "lumbar" area pain, to the right more than the left.

On wednesday I'll go to the hospital so they can check my finger with some x-ray and take this stupid thing out of my hand :D

Trying to have a normal life without using your right hand (being right handed of course) is one of the most annoying things ever. At least I'm not wearing that plaster thing anymore. Now it is a different protection that allows me to do some sporting activities and play football (even though I shouldn't do it) because it can be removed. But I had to stop playing football a few days ago because I had a minor muscular injury in my right leg, so yes, I got injured while being injured :) :(

Better rest until you're 100% fit. :|
Otherwise you'd get stuck in a loop of injuries.

About that right hand thing, I hope you read posts just above yours. :P

Is your name by any chance Arjen Robben?
On a more serious note, get well soon. And stay well.

Well, he signature says Arjen Robben, so he just might be him ;)

Xabi, recover well before going back, mate. I know the risks. I had a promising basketball pro career which was ruined by me rushing back to play (fun with friends) after suffering a broken ankle. It ended right there. I only play now occasionally to stay fit :(
