Agreed 200%. He hardly touched the ball and whenever he did, he seemed too much in a hurry to get rid of the ball as fast as he can.

Poldi is pretty useless, and Özil can't go longer than 70 minutes. I guess defensive substitutes were a good idea, but next time it better be Götze or Reus coming in for him instead of Kroos.

Germany essentially finished the match with 9 players, as Podolski and Klose were pretty much useless.

If he really had to take off Gomez, he should have tried Reus at least. And Schuerrle should have come on for Podolski.

I think Poldi will get benched only if he scores 2 or 3 own goals.

We are lacking creativity and we are not doing our trademark fast counter attacks. It's just unbelievable that Schürrle, Götze and Reus (who could solve both problems) have played zero minutes in this Euro

Podolski is playing under average and he adds nothing to our game. Just some helps in defense

Also he seems to have 0 confidence and that leads to that he is playing like a coward and as if he tries to hide away from the ball and play the easiest option very short passes

He is an unbelievable flop in every aspect

I agree about Podolski as he had one terrible game offensively wise, but one should not overlook the fact that he helped a lot in defense in the first half, especially Lahm in LB to silence Robben . He should have been subbed in the second half for Schuerrle as we took control of the game though.

It seems that we will be the only team that has won both games in this Euro. That was a solid performance from our team, especially in defense.

We were VERY effective in attack (thanks to that great eye-marking of Netherlands CBs - thank you guys ) and that helped us throw away any signs of nervousness.

Apart from Gomez, Schweini had a world class performance (I once again repeat myself saying that he should be the captain as when he plays great, we are unbelievable). Also solid performance from our CBs (apart from Van Persie's goal, but, come on, this is Van Persie, not a random attacker).

We will see some of those youngsters next match....I believe Low will make some changes as we really dont need to win.

BTW it was like Loew was reading the forum and wanting to tease some of the users here and made the SAME EXACT chances with the same players at almost identical timeline as he did in the previous game

I hope not. Denmark just need to win 1-0 to overtake Germany in the standings, and should that happen and Portugal also win, Germany would be eliminated.
