Jk, but really, having seen recently a replay of wc1990 final with ALL players sing their lungs out, it's quite frustrating. Shows how less passionate are the players.

BTW I have a feeling that if we play with Lahm as CDM and Boateng as RB (against CR) we will lose in the most important game of the group.

It seems Loew didn't watch CL semis this year.

I don't know. Boateng is our best athlete among the defenders and has the capability of staying with Ronaldo, and he will know that it is his assignment as opposed to when he plays CB and has multiple defensive responsibilities. For all intents and purposes Ronaldo will be his only concern tomorrow. Also, personally I am buying into the Ronaldo injury concerns, I think he will be less than electric (hopefully Boa isn't thinking like that though). Let's not forget that Lahm has been very rusty at RB regardless.


My biggest concern with the proposed formation is using the 4-1-4-1, f*ck that formation. Good news is Kroos will probably sit back no matter what Low tells him to do, meanwhile Khedira will be wondering around with the attackers contributing nothing

Khedira may start against Portugal, because (supposedly) he knows better than anyone else how CR7 plays. I am otherwise unconvinced that he deserves to start any games.

It pains me to say it - because I'd rather say it about a Bayern player - but I believe that an in-form Oezil is the most important attacking and creative option Germany have. Loew has kept faith in much worse players in the past, and I think that Oezil's international form hasn't slumped so far that he should be benched.

It's disturbing to watch Basti in centre of these Turkish, Ghanaian, Polish and Tunisian guys...
