Germany may have to watch out for another card-happy ref:
Jorge Larrionda, the Uruguayan referee assigned to the England vs. Germany round of 16 match on Sunday, apparently "enjoys breeding animals, mainly birds dogs and parrots." He is also quite fond of taking little red cards out of his pocket. So fond in fact that, as the Guardian reported this morning, he has sent off players in a whopping 70% of matches he's refereed at the international level since 1999.

Guys this video is a real laugh.
The English actually make fun of how Germans make penalties, really offensive! :D

From the team's Twitter:
Without Cacau (abdominal strain) against England. More soon on team.dfb.de.

The closer and closer this game gets, the more and more I realize who were actually playing!
There is so much history and close, close games between us and them.

I found a good article on Bundesliga.de about some of the historical games that have happened when the two teams have played.
http://bundesliga.de/en/liga/news/2009/ ... .php&fla=1

And here's an interview with Muller, Gerd Muller that is, about the intensity of these matches.

Look guys :

"Germany did confirm that Schweinsteiger faced a race against time to be fit for the clash against their old enemy, but German TV station ZDF - who are reporting from the training camp - believe the midfielder will start against the Three Lions having been spotted wearing the shirt of the first eleven during a training match.

However, their report is contradictory with news that defender's Boateng and Holger Badstuber were also seen wearing the shirts."

Badstuber CD and Boateng LB ?
Or its just goal.com?

GREAT NEWS

Schweinsteiger is going to play Today vs England

Bild reported that

(Bild always predicts line-ups right due to their strong relations )

also some guys watched him in the training and said that he was fit

===============
England announced their 5 PK Takers and gave them a special Training ilner

in order

1-Frank Lampard
2-Steven Gerrard
3-Wayne Rooney
4-Gareth Barry
5-James Milner
=======================
Ballack gave Germany a tip to beat England

he said that Lampard and Gerrard Are extremly dangerous and can score goals , so they should not be able to move from the wing to the center to shoot

also He said that (this is a weird one) Germany Should Have No respect for england

this is how they can be beaten

Pretty funny , its something to bust team morale.

I think we are in better shape than england, but england allways play well against us.

2-1 win or extra time.

Btw who will be our pk takers?
