I think Low plays a back three in this one.

The Germans should not get into 50-50 challenges and must avoid needless physical tackles.

How is Sane going to track back as wb?
No I think that those players can't play in that formation apart the fact that they will be massacred.
I believe that
Can Gundo and Goretzka will start in mdf with Sane Gomez and Stindl as forwards

Can has been ruled out of this game. Brandt has played WB for Germany in the past so Sane too can play that role and I’ve seen him track back many times for Man City. I don’t think Germany will be slaughtered with that formation.

Even if Brazil were to destroy the Germans then that could be a positive. Low get to experiment against a Top team with a Top coach and see if it works or not. Also, Brazil might get complacent having turned over Germany in Germany and that might satisfy their desire for revenge a bit.

I might add, Stindl plays as a Secondary Striker (alondside a proper CF) with Gladbach up front and Goretzka plays in the exact same position for Schalke in a similar formation. Rudy has to play the DM role and Gundogan acts as the CM.

Also assuming that Sane doesn’t track back (which he will) Rudiger is a pacy CB and Rudy will be there to cover as well. That side can draw with or even get an ugly 1-0 win over Brazil.

Rudy stays home for his new born kid, so I guess he won't be featured this match and maybe he knows that he won't be in WC 2018 plan anymore. I guess Wagner, Rudy, Stindl, Ginter, Gotze, Schrurrle will all stay home. Reus, Gomez will take their places.

I want to see how the trio Kroo- Gundogan- Goretzka in the MC can dictate the match.

------------Gomez

---Sane---------Goretzka-----------Brandt

---------kroos-------Gundogan-

I saw somewhere that Müller didn't travel with the squad - anybody knows if this is related to an injury ?

Rudy is back in team training and is likely to feature in this game. Thomas and Ozil have been given a rest. Only Can and Khedira are injury concerns.

Honestly, It is always this way with the Germans. Take one friendly seriously and experiment in the other one. I don’t expect Kroos, Hummels and Boateng to start tomorrow.

Team news is that Sane and Gundogan are certain to start.

Great, let Jogi experiment how much he likes as long as there's no injuries, even if they revenge the 1-7 or more in this one if that makes them happy....it's still not a World Cup semi-final in Brazil :)

I think an easy win for Brazil :(
What is better than watching a good football match, drinking beer and eating great smoking ribs. Read more on my blog how to make some good ribs on the electric smoker

Kicker's prediction:

I wonder if Casemiro still gets yellow card immunity at international friendlies, or if it's restricted to Champions League matches with Real Madrid.
