I think Badstuber will be the LB... which I'm not really happy about. You can understand the reasoning though. Our team's weakness is in defense, we're creative enough in attack. Badstuber might be slow, but using him would be like playing 3 CBs, which will help in defending. I'm just worried what will happen if he has to face a really fast winger (Robben anyone?)

I agree and hope that Muller or Marin starts. They are unpredictable and can give us the sparkle that we'll need.

KAHN, if that was the lineup, Loew would definately be choosing the best combination to go out there (The most in-form one at least.) Jansen is a great idea to start as Full-Back and Baddy in CB is also great. But i dont see that happening. I wish it would.

Jansen as LB was a catastrophe in the last Euro...but I agree that Badstuber is a CB and must not be used as LB.

I think one of Marin / Muller / Kroos should get a chance.

dammit, I wish I knew who is gonna start on the right, whether its Muller, Marin or Trochowski, so I can decide on my fantasy team. Right now I have Muller in my fantasy team but it would suck if he doesn't play.

Does anyone know who will be our CB (other than Mertesacker)?
I hope it's not Arne Friedrich... they have a weak combination... I would prefer any of Tasci, Boateng, Badstuber over him alongside Per.
And Mertesacker himself is not at his best for a while now.... I hope that'll change in the NT... Or we're ganna lose something because of our sloppy defense again... (after Bayern's defeat to Inter)

There is Ozil-Marin (The Duo of Werder)

They are not as good as Robbery of Course , but they Do Many things that Robbery does , and sometimes they actually Act A Bit Smarter Than Robben

It's Friedrich. Hopefully he will do good. He has rarely disappointed in big competitions although he has always payed for Germany as RB.
My question is who will be right wing...

I'm a huge Özil and Marin fan !!

But it's not the same. When Ribery and Robben are playing toghether our playing is superfast and with great movements and dribblings =P~ Added to that, Marin won't be a starter  But I think that Marin as a joker will be REALLY effective.

my best line up:

----------------------- Neuer ----------------------------
Lahm ---- Friedrich ---- Badstuber --------- Jansen
-------------- Schweine --- Khedira --------------------
Marin ---------------- Ozil -------------- Trochowski
------------------------- Klose ---------------------------

-Badstuber is bad as a LB
-Podolski does not deserve a place in the starting line up..
-Trochowski is much better on the left side..
-i still trust in Klose..
Danger
Woah, this feels cool!

Danger, how about Kroos on the left instead of Troche? Troche indeed plays better on the left than on the right, but the problem is he hardly ever scores from open play and we need players that can score considering Klose has to get back in form, Ozil is not so great in front of goal and Marin is more of a provider.

I would go with this line-up for this game:

----------------------- Neuer ----------------------------
Lahm ---- Merte-------------Badstuber-----Jansen---
-------------- Schweine --- Khedira --------------------
Muller (2nd half:Marin)------- Ozil --------------Podolski
------------------------- Klose ---------------------------
