Orban and Klostermann from Leipzig are also on Löw's radar. Gnabry, too.

Whether Reus will be ahead of all the youngsters capable of playing LW remains to be seen. A lot can happen in a year's time; just look at Werner.

Ah yeah I missed Gnabry... I first wrote the names on a piece of paper and while copy them I missed him
He must be very fast

Would love to set a few thongs straight about the whole discussion regarding nations, but I don't want to OT too much...

Now, the squad we're sending is good enough to deal with most of the "competition" anyways... CC should be abolished, internationals reduced to a minimum... Fuck FIFA

America USA wrote:^ Reus is hardly integrated in the team. That could go against him. Plus who knows if Mario Gotze comes back strong next season and stakes a claim for the WC spot.

Exactly. Given that Gotze seems to be responding very well to treatment and Low's general preference for keeping the same core players, I think this is the most probable lineup for the world cup:

-------Gomez/Werner
Gotze Ozil Muller
-------Kroos Khedira
Hector Hummels Boateng Kimmich
--------------Neuer

Love that starting eleven but unfortunately I think Boateng is on the decline. Too injury prone and commits way too many errors at the back for a World Class CB. Howedes, Rudiger and Mustafi seem like better partners for Hummels at the moment. Things can change in a year's time though.

I couldn't understand at all at first. Took me quite a while hahaha

I have no interest whatsoever in Venezuela's NT, tbh. Can't even name more than maybe 1 player from.the senior team. Salomón Rondón, I guess.

I'm serious when I say I don't have. Single drop of patriotism/nationalism in me.

Edit: oh there's also Tomás Rincón, who now sits at Juve's bench and everyone went all proud and crazy when he signed for them :rolls eyes: cant imagine e the embarrassing nationalistic reaction when/if Rincón becomes the first Venezuelan CL winner ...

Thanks to this forum I am always learning something new from different ppl around the world.

I always thought that South Americans are somewhat like most of us Mediterraneans, patriotic, not liberal, religious(?) However you and Tflafs are the opposite of the impression I had
Then SirG and Pelin are Brazilians but not sure about how you look at your Nt guys...
Then there are those who were born in big footballing countries like Spain and England who do not support their NT
Lukas and YelonXabi...
Coman from France is not very keen on Les Bleus as well if I am not mistaken.
The Dutch girl I am not sure about her

I feel that I have more in common with my Balkan friends from Croatia Montenegro Albania Bulgaria (The Macedonian guy is an exceptionally though)
Then the Med ones as well like Otta and Achilles

It's a generational thing I think. Millennials are very liberal and more atheist (I'm borderline Millennial, 89). Our parents' generation is much more conservative and Catholic (although not as conservative as you're, sorry hahaha).

That being said, I'm off the norm in my complete rejection of national pride.
