I only watched short parts of the game yesterday, but I was impressed by Germany throughout the tournament. The future looks bright.

He is not Uwe Seeler's nephew: he is the grandson.

Some players actually had it over the game jersey in Brazil. Here are some pics:

Great and that badge too. Wonder what happened to the Argentinian Champion kits they made in the event Argentina won...

Probably an innocent mistake because in Maltese we use "nephew" for "grandson" as well. ;)

Wow... Sometimes I ask myself why in English doesn't exist specific name for each of the family member, relatives, etc.

In Croatia, Serbia, BiH, Montenegro and probably Slovenia you have for both sides in every case the proper terms, only in case of both father's and mother's sister is used the same word and it's accepted to use the words for male and female cousins even though we have specific terms for the children from father's brother and sister, ie mother's brother and sister.

Turkish people also have the names and terms for every single member. Sometimes we use that Turkish words. :D

Not sure but the NBA here in the USA sends the un-used Champions jersey to African remote villages as a donation, so you might find deep inside Tanzania a whole little village wearing kits saying: "Miami Heat: 2014 NBA Champions" when in reality they got spanked.

I hope Adidas does it too.

I have the feeling that Rode will be Lahm's replacement as RB in die Mannschaft :)

He just needs to play 2-3 good games there for Bayern and Löw will surely call him to play in that position.

Hi,

some years ago i found a video on youtube with a compilation of all German goals (for and against) in the Euro 96 with Rammstein's song Rosenrot in the background. The video was great and i loved it. However seems like it was deleted and i cant find it anymore. Does anyone here have it? I guess it was made by a polish fan because the name has "Niemcy" in it which means Germany in polish.

Thank you.

By the way, can anybody please tell me why there is no open a new topic button anywhere?
