Even more important: it’s not gonna help and people will realize very soon...

OK

We can now welcome the Russian / American oligarchs , Arab Sheikhs and other mafias in the German football

Exactly. They have, pardon he [Kind] has been trying for the past 13-14 years to take complete control over 96, demanding to revoke 50+1, but DFL won't give up with the rule.

Over the last 6 year it has become more like a 50-1 rule than 50+1 for German football in general.

Wolfsburg completely collapsed 2 years ago, Leipzig won't invest big money, Hoppenheim neither smells nor stinks...

The rule won't be revoked, so everything is going to remain the same.

Things are always changing. There's nothing called "nothing will change".

Taking the bosman case as an example, it took 5 years to materialize. I expect H96's lawsuit to take not less than 3 years.

People will try to prepare themselves in the time window.

At this point everyone deep down knows it would benefit German football, but many don't want it due to some idealistic and/or traditionalistic beliefs. It's a matter of where one's priorities lie.

I dont know if this is part of the 50+1 rule debate, or a new subject, but I am genuinly curious about the following:
How come Italian clubs can spend so much on transfers compared to the Bundesliga, when the Bundesliga make significant more in revenue overall? [source]

One factor could be that Serie A clubs have a lot of players loaned out at other clubs, and on average buy and sell a greater number of players. Compare https://www.transfermarkt.com/serie-a/t ... on_id/2018 to https://www.transfermarkt.com/1-bundesl ... _id/2018... there's far more transfers in/out in Serie A clubs. I wish this statistic had an option to exclude transfers between teams of the same country. If Bayern buy Pulisic for 100m, it would show that the Bundesliga spent 100m more money and received 100m more.

Another factor is that Bundesliga clubs try to break even while Serie A clubs couldn't care less. Serie A clubs made a loss of 319.25M while Bundesliga made 3.82M loss. This HAS to do with 50+1.

One last factor is that the Serie A has 20 teams whilst the Bundesliga has 18.

Yep, with 50+1 I will probably be able to play for Bayern when I turn 50.
