@Borusse : How long is Weidenfeller going to be the first choice? 1 or 2 more years?
Shouldn't they be looking at bringing in a new GK for future?

TBH I'm really surprised that BVB didn't make a move for Ter Stegen or Leno,seems the perfect match

I guess Weidenfeller will play till the moment he stops playing on acceptable level. Difficult to say when that might happen. I think he's doing quite well, sometimes he makes mistakes but in the big games he almost always delivers a very good performance.

I'd say he will play for 2-3 seasons before we will replace him with someone else.
