For all of us living in foreign lands...

There are still tickets available in the "Bayern Tours" site which offers matchday tickets and accommodation in Munich. I'm planning a trip over in the second half of the season, and been in contact with the sales rep.

Prices for accommodation are average for Munich, so as long as I'm able to book my flights, I will hopefully be able to take in a match.

Tickets get posted to your home address ten days before the match via DHL.

I decided against going for the package, looking at it, the more affordable hotels are quite a bit out of the city centre, so would be saying almost twice as much as some decent hotels in the city centre.

So I'm booked up to go, unfortunately during the week, so will miss Bayern... But the plus side is I'll get to see the new Museum!!!

Hi,

Our fanclub still has plenty of tickets left over for Bayern Munich's (possibly deciding) away game in Valencia.

The tickets are for the Bayern Munich Supporters sector in the upper Tier of the Estadio Mestalla.

Anyone up for a bit of an adventure (watching Bayern away, especially in the Champions League is an addictive experience!) can e-mail us at info@fcbww.org.

Price per ticket is 39,50€ + postage to wherever you live. Of course we can show you proof of purchase from Bayern, if you request.

Yup. It's a 24-hour bus journey.

It is a real pity that Ryanair stop the flights from Malta to Valencia at the end of October or I would have probably gone to watch it.

Take a flight to Ibiza, then swim :D.

Seriously though, isn't Barcelona an option? I'm sure you could take a coach from there to Valencia.

Mmm, Madrid to Valencia via AVE would be my preferred choice, but by God the prices...

There are a couple of ways to try for tickets, all of which may not be very successful.

You could try phoning the ticket centre on: 00498969931333, or send a written letter of application to the ticket centre (though you need to include credit card details, delivery details and contact details).

You can also try online if you sign up in the away game section. Again, it's just an application and your not guaranteed anything. They are taking applications online now, so the quicker you do it the better. https://tickets.fcbayern.de/InternetverkaufAnfragen/eventlist.aspx

The final method is to try through Bayern Tours, the only downside is that you will need to buy their accommodation for 2 nights too. http://www.fcbayerntours.de/sport-fussballreisen/fan-reisepakete.html
